On the Drives tab at the top the C drive is correctly listed - but it isn't available on the drives listed seperately below. So I brought up Computer Management from Application Tools on the Windows control panel. Yet File Explorer can see it no problem, and as the OpSys boots from that drive Windows seems happy. When I brought up my Reflect control panel the C: drive had disappeared - so it wasn't available to back up. Given this had been such a major upgrade I figured a full backup was in order. In File Explorer everything looked as expected, with local and network drives listed and fully accessible.
It took about 4 hours which was unusually long, however it ran its course without error and I was able to log on and do most of the things which I normally do. Microsoft advised me that my Wundows 10 OpSys was nearing its end of service life, and Windows Update offered mean update to the latest.
